​Rosko’s Bagels & Waffles is a family owned and operated business founded by food lovers Kim Tetlack & Chris Rosky. 

Kim & Chris have always enjoyed creating delicious & original food combinations out of anything and everything that they could find in the kitchen. One morning, while visiting a waffle house, Kim realized that she would love to own a business where the two of them could put their creativity and skills to use by making delectable food that everyone could enjoy. After serious consideration, they decided that it was time for their dream to become reality.

Once the decision was made, both Kim & Chris left their full time jobs and focused on learning everything needed to open a bagel shop. They began hosting Sunday breakfasts for their families in order to test recipes for the store until they had the perfect menu. The couple was also trained by a renowned Bagel baker, who showed them how to make the perfect kettle boiled and baked bagels.

Rosko’s opened its doors in March of 2011 and has been producing hot, fresh bagels every day since.
