The physical kicking and punching aspect of martial arts is full of excitement and serves as great knowledge, but truly, it’s rarely used. We are deeply committed to teaching lessons that have a far greater value than simply kicking and punching. Self-defense is much more than physical self-defense. We teach self defense against personal conflicts, self defense against poor self esteem, self defense against poor habits, self defense against apathy, and self defense against being less than you can be. We have Martial Arts Programs for the whole family! From ages 3 to adult our high energy and exciting classes are geared to help everyone to develop to their fullest potential. We offer our classes Monday through Saturday. Our 3 & 4 year old class meets for a half our and the rest of our classes are 45 minutes.
