Local residents Phil and Louise Cornick had the vision to bring a dining destination to their hometown of Jackson, NJ.  They imagined a place to come together with their friends and family for a delicious meal, great cocktail, or glass of wine to relax after a long day. This place is The Edge.

Open five days a week, we are a stunning new dining destination conveniently close to all Shore points. Our accomplished culinary team offers a delicious New American menu, with subtle Latin and Asian influences, abundant with local seafood, meats and produce.

At the bar, you will find handcrafted cocktails, craft beers, and a spirits program featuring a large and thoughtfully chosen array of bourbons, ryes, scotch, whiskeys, whiskies (Japanese), and rums. Our wine list includes many exceptional choices by the glass, and also includes reserve wines.

Design is welcoming, elegant, and understated, incorporating reclaimed materials into an expansive, modern, multi-level space, with options for outdoor dining, as well as private events.
