HISTORY The first time we ever ate Mexican food was the same day we arrived in New York at J.F.K Airport for the first time. Of the city it was love at first sight; of the Mexican cuisine, it was love at first bite.

Opportunity found us when we had the fortunate circumstance to own and operate a Mexican franchise restaurant. We learned the business, and over time began dreaming of owning a brand of our own one day.
